I NATURAL currently ships worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. (all orders placed after 12 PM PST are processed the next business day). You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!
*All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your I NATURAL order and I NATURAL is not responsible for fees.
We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied for any reasons, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days for refund or exchange. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) are unopened, in the original packaging and not damaged. * Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
