Your Privacy Matters

Your trust matters as much as your glow. This policy explains what personal data I Natural collects when you visit inatural-cosmetics.com, shop with us or join our community. It covers why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who we are. I Natural is run by INatural luxe company for trading fragrances and cosmetics, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt ("I Natural", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data in this policy, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations.
What we collect
What you give us
- Orders: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and what you ordered.
- Your account: your login details and order history.
- Glow Club: your points activity, and your birthday if you add it.
- Offers and news: your email, and your phone number if you sign up for WhatsApp or SMS updates.
- Match My Mood quiz: your answers, so we can suggest your scents.
- Reviews: your name, rating, review and any photos you upload.
- Creator applications (Become an I Natural Girl): your contact details, social media handles and anything else you write in the form.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or website chat.
- Business enquiries: your name, company and contact details for wholesale or corporate gifts.
Payments. Card, Apple Pay, ValU and Sympl payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. If you pay cash on delivery, you pay the courier at your door.
What we collect automatically. When you browse, cookies and similar tools record your device and browser, your IP address, the pages you view, what you add to your cart and how you found us. See "Cookies" below.

Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job, and they may use it for nothing else.
- Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
- Payment providers, to take card and instalment payments.
- Delivery and fulfilment partners, such as Aramex, Bosta and our fulfilment warehouse, to pack and deliver your order.
- Apps that run site features: reviews, Glow Club, the scent quiz, forms and chat.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta, only if you accept those cookies.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data stored outside Egypt
Some of our providers, including Shopify, store data on servers outside Egypt. We only transfer data in the ways Egyptian law allows, with safeguards that protect it at least as well as Egyptian law requires.
Cookies
- Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. They are always on.
- Analytics cookies show us how people use the site.
- Marketing cookies let partners such as Meta show you I Natural ads on other sites.
Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your mind anytime by clearing cookies in your browser.
Marketing messages
We only send offers if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and every WhatsApp or SMS message tells you how to stop them. We may see whether you opened an email or clicked a link, to make what we send more useful.
If you're under 18
Our community includes teens, so this matters to us. If you're under 15, a parent or guardian must agree in writing before you create an account, join Glow Club, sign up for offers or apply as a creator. If you're 15 to 17, talk to a parent or guardian before sharing your details with us; we may ask for their consent. If we learn we've collected a young person's data without the consent required, we'll delete it. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: as long as Egyptian tax and accounting law requires.
- Your account and Glow Club points: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.
- Creator applications: only as long as we need to review them and talk about a collaboration.
- Customer care messages: until your request is resolved, plus any period the law requires.
Your rights
Under Egyptian law, you can:
- know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- correct or update it
- ask us to delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before
- be told if a data breach affects you
To use any of these rights, email support@inatural-cosmetics.com. We'll confirm it's really you, then reply as soon as we can. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.
How we protect it
Our store runs on Shopify, with encrypted connections and a secure checkout. Only team members who need your data for their work can see it. No system is 100% secure, but if a breach affects your data, we'll tell you and the Personal Data Protection Center as Egyptian law requires.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you by email or with a notice on the site.
