Step 1 SOAK YOUR SKIN

Shower or bath with warm water for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Do not apply soap or shower

STEP 2 PREPARE THE GLOVE

Wet the glove and squeeze out the excess water from the glove.

STEP 3 EXFOLIATE

Step away from the water, exfoliate upwards and downwards with firm strokes using your

palm until your dead skin cells roll away.

Once you are finished rinse off your body and glove and let it hang to dry.

 Use up to 1 to 2 times a week.
